Well that's not ideal. . . there could be a couple of reasons this has happened.
If you have forgotten your password. This is a simple fix and we have instructions on how to update your password in the help center.
You've used the wrong email address. It's always best not to have a million different email addresses to be able to keep track of your accounts . . . but we understand some people do. Please make sure you are using the email address that you have signed up to INKPAY with.
You have created a duplicate account. I know, we love tattoos too! But you can only have one INKPAY account, so don't make extra accounts. You will need to contact us at email@example.com to get your account reactivated.
Your account has been suspended. Uh Oh. . . what did you do? If you have defaulted on your repayments or our system has deemed suspicious activity on your account, there are repercussions. If you believe your account has been suspended you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your account reactivated.
