Create the INKPAY job on the day of the appointment. This will send a 40% payment request to the customer to review and accept.
Once accepted, the customer’s 40% payment is made and their repayment plan commences. You will be sent a confirmation email once their payment is paid. This means you're all set to start tattooing!
You can also view the job status in your dashboard, it will be listed as ‘job paid’ rather than ‘pending’ if the customer has made successful payment. You can mark the job as completed once the artist has finished tattooing.
IMPORTANT: Only tattoo once email confirmation is received, or you can see that the job has a status of Job Paid. If you tattoo a customer without confirmation, you risk not being paid for the job.
