If you have defaulted on all repayments, and have not spoken with us to rectify your account, your details will be handed over to credit reference and debt collection agencies. This may hinder your ability to use other Buy-Now, Pay-Later services or get loans in the future.
It is always best to contact us. If you talk to us, we can help you get you back on track to making your repayments. If we know you are making an effort to pay us, we will be more understanding when it comes to using our services again in the future.
